2024 OLIVE OIL HARVEST! This is no ordinary olive oil. Our direct-from-farm model will finally assure you the highest quality organic extra virgin olive oil that is cold-pressed. We only supply you with the current year's fresh harvest, which means you are guaranteed to avoid unhealthy rancid and or past years harvest oils which no longer give you taste or anti-oxidants. We control every step of the process from tree to press mill and bottling, then store it in our temperature-controlled warehouse before it gets to you. We only use 100% Organic Greek Koroneiki and heirloom olives that come from our founder's and partner farms, located on the fertile Achaia Peloponnesian region of Greece. Our olives get pressed in our state of art new facility and the process is done by families that have been in the olive oil business for over 60 years. As part of the Blis Market Co-op we helped these farms change their business model, from selling to wholesalers, which would dilute, or mishandle olive oil, or sell even rancid or past years harvest to a direct model to consumers. In addition, we added a new collaboration with World-renowned Olive expert Salivaras Multicrom Labs. They provided even further quality control inspections of our olive oil production.
