This amazing salt is 100% harvested from the clean blue waters of Greece, from an Eco-protective region, since 1975. One of the many reasons why this salt is so good is that it comes from the top-of salt pile that receives the most sun and is handpicked with care as if they were flowers. This is why French and Greeks call it "fleur de sel" or "Anthos Alatos" in Greek, meaning "Flower of salt".
