Our clarified butter with truffle gives an excellent taste to your foods and sauces. It can be used as a substitute for olive oil or classic butter, in fact, it is excellent for mixing pasta and risotto. If you want a more delicate dressing, you can use half Ghee with Truffle and half traditional Butter.
