As part of the Blis Co-op we helped these farms change their business model, from selling to wholesalers, which would dilute, or mishandle olive oil, or sell rancid or past years harvest to now direct model to you. In addition, we added a new collaboration with World-renowned Olive expert Salivaras Multicrom Labs, for quality control inspections of our olive oil.
